The Audiologists at The Hearing Professionals have met state and national requirements and hold valid licenses to dispense hearing instruments. Our patients can be confident that our Audiologists are the most qualified Audiologists in the area to provide safe and comprehensive diagnostic audiological services and hearing aid fittings.

Adam Bernstein

Adam Bernstein is the owner of The Hearing Professionals. He oversees the business side of the practice which allows the Audiologists to focus their time and efforts on the patients and their needs. Adam has over 15 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry and has been a business owner since 1995. Prior to that he worked in the marketing department of GN Danavox, which at the time was one of the world's largest manufactures. While at Danavox Adam worked with several of the nation's leading Audiologists and helped promote some of the busiest hearing care practices in the country. Adam has written numerous articles on hearing healthcare which have appeared in newspapers throughout the country and has been interviewed by news programs regarding advances in the hearing industry. Jody Cole, M.A., CCC-A

Jody Cole, M.A., CCC-AJody Cole is a Certified Clinical Audiologist and has been with The Hearing Professionals since 2005. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Wisconsin Speech Hearing Association. Prior to joining The Hearing Professionals, Jody spent over 14 years working for Better Hearing Aid Services in Milwaukee, which later merged with Master Hearing Aid Center. She has also worked for two large hospitals and in Michigan and for a prominent ENT. Jody's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hearing and Speech Science from Bradley University and a Master of Arts in Audiology from Ball State University. Sue Whipple, M.A., CCC-A

Sue Whipple is a licensed Audiologist and the manager of The Hearing Professionals’ Brookfield office. Sue received both her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Masters of Audiology degree form Central Michigan University. Prior to joining The Hearing Professionals in 2011, Sue spent over 15 years working as an Audiologist at various hospitals, ENT practices and private audiology practices in Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. Judy Yadgar, Office Manager

Judy joined The Hearing Professionals in 2008 as our Office Manager. She assists our patients with scheduling, questions regarding their bills and insurance and is our front line for our overall patient satisfaction. Pepper the Dog, Office Greeter

On most days Pepper can be found relaxing by Adam's feet. Although Pepper doesn't receive a paycheck, she's our official four-legged greeter. Pepper's favorite hobbies include getting presents; destroying her new presents; burying toys, shoes and chew toys; stealing shoes so no one can find them; and practicing "cute eyes" to get food treats.
